I had the exact same issue on my Q5 and the fault code B11AF 07 but the issue resolved itself after about 2 week, thanks great video as I couldn’t find anything at the time about how to fix this issue .
Had a motor controlling air flow to the windscreen on my A4 stop working. Opened the motor placed a smidge of grease on the mechanism. It has worked perfectly fro the last four years.
Hi I have no warm air coming out my vents during motorway journeys only in my Audi Q5 2018. I've been told I need a HVAC control flap repair kit to replace the control flap arms. Do you know what they look like please?
Hi mate got a 2018 Q5. Matrix was slightly blocked so flushed out worked fine until I took on motorway and hot air gets colder when at higher speeds. Scan shows the same fault code b109207. Would this be due to recirc valve or matrix do you think? Great video by the way!!
Hi mate I have an issue with my a4 b9 2017 hvac it does blow hot air to the drivers side but does on passenger side.i cannot locate the motor that does that. Would you have any idea please .TIA
Hi I have a similar fault on my Q5 would this be the same motor for both codes? B109207 recirculating motor and B11AF07 fresh air door motor and are they in the same area you show on the video please?
@@Denis-pr1zy I would change one first(the Recirculation Flap motor) and see how you go. If that doesn't work, swap it over for the fresh air motor. If that still doesn't solve it, it may need both
@@vorsprungare they both the same part number? My AC cold air works fine but when I turn the heat above 70 degrees F, they both seal. Only when I turn the recirculating button on will air blow.
My windshield isn’t blowing any air on my 2018 Q7. If I put it on the windshield setting it blows from another vent completely. Is it still one of these two motors?
can you tell me please where is located 2018 Audi Q7 right temperature flap positioning motor? Fault code - B108D07 Need the location to replace it.. Can't find it on internet unfortunately :(

Can you tell me how when the re circ motor was replaced the outside air motor started to work properly? I have the exact same problem and can’t understand why the outside one closes when the re circ motor is gone bad

@@padraig1221 sorry I can't tell you why, I'm assuming it messes with the software in the control module
@@vorsprung that was my thought. I’ll try the one and see what happens. I have my mechanic doing the re programme for me after too
They work in pair, tested. The recirc. motor works fine, if i unplug the outside air motor the recirc. motor stops working too.
My audi a4 blows air only recirculation button selected on. Is it similar problem?
