I do like his character though the excessive panting gets on my nerves sometimes
The scariest part of your Dream design is the fact that he Never. Stops. Smiling.
The only time he stops is when he's pissed and that just makes him all the more terrifying.

THE DETAILS IN THIS ARE ALWAYS INCREDIBLE- the parallels between Sam saying Ranboo was dead because of Dream with the flash to Dream taunting him with the same insult, Dream stealing Tommy's bandanna AND WEARING IT I SCREAMED WHEN HE SHOWED UP WITH IT- the green strings during Sapnap and Dream's conversation, the way Tommy hides in Phil's wings, the way Sam put the armor on the ground so Tommy didn't have to touch him. And I always love the way you draw the explosions of powers, like Sam's growling and smoke, and Sapnap's flare up.
AND THE EXPRESSIONS OHMYGOD- I will never get over the way you draw emotions. (Anyway this has just been me fangirling- thank you for your incredible animation skills, you're truly a blessing to the community)

I know right! The over expressiveness of the art really makes the emotions pop out, and be striking. And really helps to make a contrast between a violent outburst and subtle somber emotions. Also, I am quite the fan of the way Grimmijaggers does dreams crazy face, it's just a perfect amount of unhinged and alarming

The added growls to Sam was so cool and made the moments more tense! And as always your art was amazing! BoomerNa tuning into a frog from laughing so hard killed me lol!

Dream taunting Tommy at exile is one of my favorite things. I just love Dream's cheery yet threatening voice acting against Tommy's fear/trauma. And god, the fact that Dream smiles at all times no matter the emotion... it's just great. Never seen any other animator make that choice before, and it's the right choice. It really highlights his villainy and manipulative personality!

I have never heard Tommy put so much rage, anger and emotion into his lines like this before i never saw his pov (I watched technos) and holy fuck when I saw this later on I was really impressed and shocked by the emotion he put into his acting holy fuck is he good

Oh my God. The mask shattering, that nightmareish. Those close-ups of Dream's face, I kept leaning back from the screen! And I won't lie, I felt some indignation when I saw Dream wearing Tommy's bandana. I gave a verbal "HEY! TAKE THAT OFF, YOU--"

Dude, the expressions are amazing! I love the designs, the body language, the emotions, your art style is amazing! Also I love how Eryn is just roasting Sam on how he let a pig and blob escape a high security prison, and Sam is like, "I'm THIS close to killing you. I'm too tired to deal with your crap right now" That part was very funny to me. Oh my god Dream's face at 9:41, is so creepy, he looks so insane and unhinged, and I love it! Ooh also I love the details of Dream wearing Tommy's handkerchief after he ripped it off of his neck, the green strings trying to get around Sapnap when Dream is trying to manipulate him. Sapnap's transforming into his "fire demon form" when he screams "DREAM!" Even the bloopers were amazing, BoomerNA turning into a frog because he's laughing so hard. Sapnap's chat being little flames. I absolutely love the bit where Techno just going ham on the keyboard while Sapnap and Dream are doing lore. This was absolutely amazing and I loved every moment of it! Your animatics are always fantastic!

I got to say, I think your version of Sam is my favorite. just that gas mask he wears and how his black and green eyes can be both threatening and gentle is just awesome. Great video, definitely been waiting for a jail break animatic and this didn't disappoint. Also, I love that you included the bloopers, the squid one totally got me.

Sam's lore voice sometimes/in the last streams mostly sounds like he can cry at any moment while also sounding like he just gave up and in his emo arc. I dont know why but sometimes it makes me tear up too xD

The expressions, the little details; the bandana as a fucked up prize, the neck scuff ups, the movements between certain characters showing their relationships, the transition drawings, when Sapnap blows up, not literally, and the water takes a moment to flow back into dry land.
The transition when Sam is talking about the breakout and it fades to Punz, the entire chase scene made me fear Dream all over again

I love how Techno's decision to start gaming is punctuated by the sound of a Wither spawning in. I get that Sam is meant to be a morally grey character, but this was not his finest moment.

This was so freakin good. Your character designs are amazing. You also just do such a good job of making dream so terrifying. Also your drawing of Sam and Eryn interacting was incredible! Especially in this animation style you can tell how much dreams mental state has deteriorated basically still having some form of thought process but clearly is almost in a state of completely shattered he's desperate and psychopathic dropping half hearted lies to gain an advantage and his slight monotone voice makes it difficult to tell if he genuinely means things or he's just spouting insane nonsense to be intimidating I say that because you see the eye twitch and him rolling his eyes at the fact his usual tactics aren't working on people who know him best and expect this from him it shows how he hasn't necessarily snapped but something broke when he was in that prison and it definitely shows

The part that impressed me the most was the hostility between Sam and Eryn. The extra bits added almost made it a completely new scene.

This was a fantastic video! And the bruising on Tommy's neck? Confused me, but when I saw the flashback to Tommy laying dead, it made so much more sense! The little details like that which is why I love this channel

I love how this is being posted a day after a huge lore stream- but this animatic is about the previous lore.
For anyone who missed the stream and wanted a debrief on the new/or re-mentioned lore..
(Obviously spoiler warning, don’t yell at me if anything is spoiled for you)
um here yah go:
-were technoblade is from, people only have one life. During the festival, along with being peer pressed, he was scared of dying, permanently
-Tubbos entire vault and house was ransacked, his belongings all stolen
-In the beginning of the stream before he meets up with Tubbo, Techno shows genuine despair and grief over Ranboo’s death, later referring to him has his disciple
-Tubbo and Technoblade apologised to one another and settled their differences, allying for a similar goal
-Eret joined the duo in their hunt for Sam, who had Michel
-Eret reveals he had Micheal before Sam, and he was protecting him from George and Sapnap/Kinoko Kingdom
-Tubbo speed runs the 5 stages of grief all throughout the stream
-Eret apologizes for his betrayal and reveals (to Tubbo (kinda techno but tech didn’t care)) taht he only betrayed them in hopes it would bring peace. He feels guilt for his misdeeds and hopes to make it up to his old friends one day
-the trío (Revenge Trio or (The) RevengersTWT) find Sam, who at first refuses to give up
-they attack and disarm Sam, who then gives in a reveals he has Micheal in his hosue
-Technoblade and Eret let Tubbo decide what they do to Sam, he decides they let him rot in Pandoras Vault (Sam is suspicious and unhinged all throughout the stream, he has obviously lost his mind and is planning something)
-When they get to the vault, they retrieve Technos and Ranboo’s belongings. Along with a book signed “Do Not Read”
-They lock Sam in the vault and leave him there, having to break out of the prison because the keycards Renew after midnight.
-Tubbo is invited to stay at the commune in Ranboo’s old house, as to keep Micheal and his belongings safe
-When they deliver Micheal to the commune, they meet GhostBoo, who refuses his stuff back (they give him his memory book though, which the trio did not read)

Dream telling Tommy not to hit him with a condescending tone, almost like a big brother or a parent is so creepy, and your animatic goes great with that. I also love the way you drew Sapnap’s simple refusal to fall for Dream’s manipulative friendship requests. Showing that through Sapnap shooing away Dream’s vines is fantastic.

The thing that surprised me, that Eryn is not a kid who just said "Are you Deam's apologist, Sam?" just to joke around, but to tickle Sam's nerves and mock him, like he is nothing to him! Omg, as always i impressed! Good job, mate!

To me the mask was so broken that it (albeit very subtly) gave some sort of trypophobia effect, so that was very effective as is, but the greatly drawn unhinged expression just added to it honestly
