Both Raheem and Mark need to pitch it up. Bowling too short will allow the batsman to settle in and dominate. As a spinner you need to have the confidence and guts to float it up and let batsman take the risk. I felt the bowling today from Sefton Park was at best AVERAGE.
Exactly. I feel a bit sorry for the bowlers when I'm editing but showing a ton of good balls getting patted back to the bowler isn't great entertainment.

don't think they were trying to bowl long hops, and a highlight reel will always include a disproportionate number of bad balls

It's being worked on (the batters) but you can't just pluck them out of the air. Covid has had an effect as well on recruitment and player loss.
