Great breakdown of the Bissell Powerforce 2191U! It’s always useful to see the ins and outs of a vacuum’s condition before deciding whether to repair or dispose of it. The brush roll salvage idea is a smart move!
if you look closely at the air filter gasket /housing it looks it was never cleaned the not once, if they did the rubber gasket would be dirty because most people never think to clean the gasket. poor bissie too soon... water / moisture will do what.
dang! I have a bissell porewforce 1739 that I bought brand new in March 2023. it's not even close to that bad. Gently gently used, still shiny, granted it's not my only or primary machine but still, I couldn't abuse a vacuum like that even if I tried. people just dont care
I kinda wondered what happened to the motor but I guess there's no point in wasting anymore time on it. Is that your garbage bin? It's as big as the wheelie bins we have for recycling in our area and is usually collected every other week. We recently went to wheelie bins for garbage and organics as well and our garbage bin is a bit smaller and it's also collected every other week. Waste Management does our garbage as well, but I digress. That was a pretty disgusting machine.
I don't really like these newer Walmart vacuums. Their obnoxious, high-pitch motor squeal is nothing compared to the classic, calming roar of a 1900s vacuum

@@JadeLivao thanks!
I guess the moral of the story is why make a good vacuum when people are going to just throw them out anyways.
I have one from shea for my birthday present from goodwill for $9.99 works

@@nathanielaranda8407 Yup. Exactly.
To many BISSELL POWERFORCE HELIXES
Another Helix!! 😂
They must've either really trashed this machine or they ran it a lot for the motor to go poof.
