Metal makes everything even better
I’m always wary of TH-cam metal covers, because a lot of the time I find that they try to twist the song to fit their metal vision instead of staying true to the song in making it more metal styled.
All of that is to say that you pulled this off perfectly. You made it a metal song without sacrificing the beauty and spirit of the original. Well done.

Definitely did a great job on that with this one, skar! Same with invincible! I feel like hymn of the firstborn got a little bit of a different vibe on your version, but that was alright for that one, since you created your own lyrics for it (i think? never heard those lines anywhere...) allowing for much more freedom in style.
I freaking loved the part where you added in Jaina's theme near the end, that is one of my favorite videogame soundtracks EVER and your addition of it to Daughter of the Sea was absolutely sublime!
That's exactly what I thought: how surprising is that covering it as metal didn't changed the sentiments it expresses nor it ruined them.

A year later, this remix. Jaina Is my Girl. Seriously badass all the way through it all. I've started out as a Mage, the more and more I Learned of Jaina after being one in WoW. She's become a bit of my WoW Mage Heroine. Freakin love her. As this all moves along, I cant help but to love her more.
My favorite part was turning "Why this?" into the chorus. That was my favorite part of the original song and I think it fits perfectly into the structure, and it deserved repeating. Spotify please!

This is amazing! Such an epic rendition of a truly spectacular song! The one thing I had to point out though is that the line "when he faced that savage Horde" should actually be "when he faced those savage foes" I made the same mistake myself but all in all, 11 out of 10, THANK YOU!
Yeah I fucked up there. Mostly because I always listen to the actual song and not just read the lyrics on the internet. You have no idea how many mistakes there are out there. In this case I couldn’t hear the “F” sound on the original so I was 100% sure it was “hordes”. Soon as they released the version without sound effects however I knew I messed up

I don't often comment on videos but this is a special occasion. I've always had a thing against male vocalists. I can count the number of male singers I like literally on one hand. This, however, was the first time I've ever been given chills so constantly throughout an entire song. You sang this exactly how it should be sang. Very good job.
