- This idea for a video came from an informal request that I wasn't sure I would do. But the spirit grabbed ahold of me and I set to work on it little by little. I just love this pet project. I am mixing essential oils and various other kinds of fragrant oils to make some fantastic diffuser fragrances. Apothecary style Yes, I say some incorrect words but dangit, I am not starting over! Whew! Have fun with this! I certainly did. Many rewards from it too.

Rebecca you never disappoint in the “scene” you set up. This looks like something from better homes & gardens. Personally I prefer soft talking in your videos. Years of sirens & windows down have done their damage to my ears. So I have to turn the volume all the way up & still find myself straining to hear which doesn’t help relax me. You do your best to give options for us fans & that kist goes to show how much you care about is & the content you are presenting. I can’t believe anyone would not want to hear your angelic voice. That comforting warm tone you have. But we are all different. I still watch them then watch one where you soft talk…then I’m out. I hope you have a BEAutiful day. You are right Nikki. I go back-and-forth between whispering and soft-spoken so as to reach both audiences. Are you actually losing your hearing? I’m just curious because, if not, maybe some noise canceling headphones might work. I’m very thankful that you watch both kinds of my videos anyway. That’s more helpful to me than you realize. Thank you Lana! It’s great that you understand the need for a break from nails. I actually make sure I am acrylic nail free for about 1-2 weeks a month. I make my videos ahead of time for this very reason. I will film, film, film for a week or two, then edit, edit, edit on the days I am nail free. I had to start doing things that way when I realized that my real nails were being compromised. Very few of my videos are released or uploaded on the day I actually make it. 😉

Loved your set-up and tinkling glass sounds! I thought it looked like an old apothecary. I made an apple pie today with apples from my mother-in-law's apple tree. My house smells pretty good, too. I'm really into the modern farmhouse look and colors... however, watching your channel has gotten me to start loving the old time country colors! Your home is so cozy, and has that great feel for the holidays. Like a lovely country cabin! This was such a beautiful scene set for your video and so relaxing 😌 💕
Thank you!! I started loving the country decor in my early 20s. Back when everything was cornflower blue and tan. I never fit in with those colors then. I always stayed with the golden tones and jewel colors. I fit right in during the 90s. Now it’s gone out of style again and everything is farmhouse modern whites and grays and shabby chic etc. I still can’t fit in. 😂 I’m stuck on what I love. This video is a pretty clear depiction of that. I have lots of videos that show the house inside so it is pretty obvious. Have you seen those?

To me, it is a misnomer to call mixing herbs and oils and owning things that are old, witchcraft. I wonder… if somebody went to an antique store that also sold dried flowers and oils they would say, “must be owned by a witch”.
Also, the term witchcraft has moved away from its past meaning some, I surmise. Witchcraft in days of old was always a harmful cult. I wouldn’t like to be associated with either the old or the new meaning of the term because I am neither. The reason I think it sad is because a certain truth of identity is being lost. I take no issue with anyone for their lifestyle but I don’t want to be misidentified because of appearances. Witchcraft is in the heart. Not on the surface. I meant no offense to anyone but I probably shouldn’t have made the disclaimer. Let people think what they want, right?
