I recently got out of a depression cycle. Just remember it doesnt matter just go out and do whatever you like or stay in or whatever but there is no reason to be depressed life is meaningless anyway. Now that might not work for you it may even cause depression, but it really helps with mine i dont know why.

Also, with full context the Melvin Hu joke is my favorite joke on the show. Peter pretends to be psychic and the police want to use his psychic powers to find a missing man with a bomb strapped to his chest.
