Thanks for the recipe Chef! Will definitely try this soon. My favorite spaghetti memory is my mom would cook baked spaghetti with garlic bread from Elsie's yummies every saturday lunch. 😊
I do love Filipino spaghetti but when I make my sauce I usually do it that way almost exactly the same way except maybe for the flour. I'll probably use that technique more when Searing ground meat
I’m gonna do this soon! this is the spaghetti recipe I grew up with! My tita used to mixed in the same veggies (carrots, capsicums & celery) in her spaghetti as it gives flavour and nutrition. Thanks, chef for sharing this!
We use almost the same recipe for spaghetti but I add mine Sriracha sauce for little kick and added flavor. It's taste so goood! I'll try adding celery next time, didn't know its possible. Gosh I'm craving now 😭
Thank you, Chef Tatung. BTW, my best pasta dish that I remember is trying farfalle with parmegiano reggiano sprinkled. Most memorable for the taste and shape of the pasta, I was about 4 or 5 years old then.
I would like to learn how to cook baked turkey. We always served this when we have special occasions. Now it’s very expensive to order. Hope you can show us how to bake it. Thanx and more power in your vlogs. Bless you Chef!🙏😇
I was thinking of this before I got to your comment. I used to go to Makati Commercial Center just to have their spaghetti. That was some 40 years ago. Another one was at Quinta Market sold by a mestiza lady. Both were really good! Very different from Jollibee’s sweet one which I never like.
Everything is wrong; from the ingredients, procedure, to the serving. Tutto sbagliato! There's nothing Bolognese about this recipe. Call it something else.

I noticed this technique in all my grandmother's dishes browning the meat first. So this recipe is the closest I remember eating in the olden days.
