@@harrysmith12345 NVQ is best way forward. How old are you? Always hard for people to learn once they are earning half decent money as they find it hard to take a step back financially. One day per week at college is best way forward in a proper apprenticeship but money won’t be great to start with
@@Tone_Team I'm 34 mate, getting on now lol I don't mind taking a step back as it will be worth it as its a brilliant skill to have. I've flipped multiple properties and will be in a position next year to buy land and build from scratch so it will definitely be in my intrest to learn.
@@harrysmith12345 In all honesty mate I would continue to flip properties, buy land and head down that route as you will make far more money doing that. When you buy your own lad you can learn then or jump in with the gang building it for you, your be the boss 👍🏻 if you was 16 it would be a different story, keep doing what you are doing 👏🏻👏🏻

They are covers for the manholes so the forklift does not trash them 👍🏻
