Brilliant video! Has given me inspiration to make my own letters here in the UK. Everyone uses thick block MDF for the edges over here. Would love to try the method you used. Could I ask what kind of wood you used for the edges?! I've subscribed for more of your brilliant videos :)
the edges are the hardest part, in a curvy font the internal diameters are so small wood doesn't want to bend that tight, even in water soaked 3mm mdf..... so if anyone can think of an alternative!
