Let’s all take the time to appreciate that the American voice actor and the Japanese voice actor for Goku have both done the same exact sequences 20 different ways and he’s still willing to do it. (20 was an exaggeration but still.)
Kakarot has the best cinematic, but I'm still going with Burst Limit as the best one. Burst Limit has the Frieza stare, Frieza shout, and the shot behind Goku's back just perfect. But none of these cutscenes have the "destroyed namek" surroundings accurate to the anime. They're either on intact Namek grounds with trees around them or completely destroyed namek grounds with a desolate background.

Every game cutscene either shows Namek still intact or it completely destroyed and neither are accurate to the scene.
I read the thing wrong. I thought you meant none of the other cut scenes beside Burst limit had the background correct. But in burst limit it was on the verge of exploding which is why I said that goku turned ssj before frieza tried to blow up namek

in the japanese dub of infinite world, they straight up recycled the voice clips of the same cutscenes from the first budokai, at least in the english dub they redubbed everything thankfully
I like ultimate tenkaichi’s cinematica for the fact it’s just an HD rendition of the anime which something I would look forward to if they redid Dragon ball Z in HD.
