    Having made them do you have the ratio of the stone size to the disc? That way you could work it out for any size stone.
    Did you tumble them before cutting the seats to take the sharp edges off?
    Do you think you could do it with smooth cabachons and not dome them?

      It should be about 9/14 based on my crude math:). I didn’t tumble it, but did some pre polishing with my rotary tool.
