I love the way the stone sits up but I was gripping my iPad so hard during the soldering my hand hurts!🤣🤣🤣 don’t think I’m ready to try that style yet. Think I’ll try the bezel on a regular cuff though. Thank you so much for sharing your talent
I made a ring not long ago very simular to this bracelet, but a simple version as only one size wire were used 🙂 I think it's nice that it's not sitting stright around the wrist as all other do, made it a more interesting and unique piece 😊
Most groovy design, Chad! You really do hit on "avant guard." And that tourmaline, yummy! I have a video suggestion; perhaps the next time you do a sales show, you film it. I, for one, would like to see your display, how to interact with customers, what they ask, your favorite experiences, etc. Love to see you in jewelry action away from the bench. You could even address some issues, questions, display ideas, and sales techniques. At least for those of us who are selling or plan on doing so someday, this area of metalsmithing art is very under-served. 🌺 🌺 🌺
Ah, it’s good to be back! I’ve been MIA working my butt off getting my store up and ready-gah, it’s a lot of work! I missed this-I have to say I wasn’t sure where you were going with this, lol, but what a cool and beautiful bracelet it turned into being. Thanks Chad!!
Wow! Amazing design and skill. And such a beautiful stone.m where the part comes up to the stone it looks a bit like a branch. I wonder if you could make a cuff or a wide bangle that looks like branches or vines wrapped around the wrist.
Enjoyed the video. Beautiful stone. Would have liked to have seen more on the attachment of the bar. Did you add the bar when the jumpring was being formed, then attach the final ring to the rest of the jumprings? What was the decision process/advantages of separating pieces at the stone and soldering together rather than one piece? Understand the 110mm atachment. Does the solder help to strengthen while manipulating the metal? Thanks for another great tutorial.
Hello SP! I decided to add the bar kind of last minute just as a precaution. The reason I split it up was because that would have been a challenge to solder the 18 gauge to to the half round for that long a piece without melting the wire. Regarding the solder, I don't believe so.
fucking awesome piece. i appreciate you keeping in the mistakes and talking through them. i just got some stuff to start soldering jewelry and it really helps to see how you trouble shoot.
Chad, your thoughts and designs continue to inspire me and my jewelry making journey. I can’t really afford to be a patreon member but I’m enjoying the opportunity to see what you create!! I’m still new at this Jewelry Endeavor but your work makes me feel like I can create something outside the box and have it be a Beautiful Piece of Art! Thanks again for the video, also do you have an Instagram Page so you can see what I’ve been making?
A good construction and a very great metalsmithing design. The tourmaline is the right highlight. Günther Clemenz
Thank you Günther!

Здравствуйте, подскажите пожалуйста как сделать припой которым можно к серебру припаять золото?
К сожалению, я никогда не работал с золотом, поэтому я не лучший человек, чтобы спросить. Извинения!
might make it a two stone piece instead of the one lot of ladies have a small wrist just might be making in two stiles will look good in either.
Interesting ideas Albert! Thank you:)
I've already reported your tool abuse to Fiskars several times. Haven't they reprimanded you yet? 😂😂😂😂😂
Ha! I was hoping they'd give me a sponsorship:)
@@chadssilversmithing They certainly should!
