Hello Colin Happy New Year The wagon log lift is taking shape nicely. You have made a lot of progress this year and we can definitely see the long hours you have put in mate have definitely paid off. All the very best for 2025.
@ModelRailwayShed Hi Deano thank you for all your support and it was fantastic meeting you earlier this year. And looking forward to seeing you again. All the best to you and your family for 2025. Colin
Greetings Woodthorp International and hello Colin 👋 Wow 🤩 that is one substantial piece of scenery 🏔 just as well you're buying in bulk 😇 Have you considered using a curtain for the open section 🤔 I used one with a camouflage pattern ( photographic hide ) to cover under a baseboard before to good effect 👍 Very best wishes for a happy New Year from the Emerald Isle ☘️
@Wickford_N_Gauge Hi Paul and hello from Woodthorp International. Well Paul you keep coming up with these good ideas, and no I hadn't thought about a curtain. I know i said there was nothing I could do with it it's like i can't hide the laptop, the monitors there going to be a big tv, so I was thinking why worry. But please keep think of the good idea's. All the best for 2025. Colin
Wow, Collin, impressive progress and that is already looking great. Nice deal to get the mesh and the mountain went up nicely- you know your stuff! Well done and Happy New Year!!!
@ModelTrainOutsider Hi Anthony thank you for your kind comment, there's some things we can't save on, but we're we can it all helps. All the very best to you and Joyce and the rest of your family in 2025. Colin
Happy New Year to you Colin! Man, you don't do things by halves do you? That thing is massive! You're supposed to be modelling in 1:148 scale, not 1:1! Lol! Hope you have a wonderful 2025! Take care, Ian.
@iansngauge Hi Ian these mountains were they took the trees from are massive, what till you see the end of the Alps on the European layout that is going to be across a corner of the shed 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 i must be mad. PS oh I am mad. Colin
@sid21177 Hi I'm short on space to put the removable piece, but when I start the European layout I'm going to do a hole corner of the Alps and that is going to have removable bits. Thank you for your thoughts. Colin
Impressive update! Thanks for sharing. Dave
@davestrains6816 Hi Dave Happy New Year thank you for your comment. Colin

I meant the area you were going to leave open - a thin shell you can detach to access the inside - not the whole thing 🙂
@@sid21177 I did get what you meant
