I've just bought this.paddock stand and I'm a bit disappointed as it only comes with the pins as per the video. My Fureblade has bobbins on the front forks. Can this stand be bought with bobbin attachments?
Just bought one last week.....can i put my bike on the centre stand or do i have to use my rear paddock stand..? Tried it earlier but the forks seemed to slip off the stand..? Suzuki gsx 1400.,....cheers!
No worries mate and no I didn't although I had a mobile mechanic take the wheels off last week (so I could put the Decals on) and he had no trouble with the Bike left on my front and rear stands.
Could you not simply remove the bolt and use the pin type stand. It is only the axle pinch bolt and there is two on each side so if you remove the one obstructing the pin hole nothing will move. The pin type stand is more secure. Obviously you would replace the bolts when finished on the stand

Thanks for the video. I have the rear stand but it was getting annoying not to be able to clean the front wheel well.
No worries mate. Same here!
Can you remove front wheel now using this Oxford front paddock stand ?
How do they hold up a year later
Still the same as they was mate. Working as good as new

Hi mate sorry but I don't know the answer. Will it not fit as mine does even with the bobbins on?
The front and rear premium stands look well made, easy to use and would probably suit most bikes made.
They are good but check they fit your Bike before ordering

Don't use with your Centre stand! Does Oxford say it fits you're Bike?
@@TheThorpester I'll try again today..so the front pin sits underneath the fork and the rear pin sits at the back?
@@stuartmiller9648 that’s it mate
Thanks for the video. Did you attempt to remove the front axle while on this stand?

@@TheThorpester I'm assuming those top fixing screws need to be removed for the axle to slide out?
Good video. Thanks.
Yours looks very close to slipping off. A lot of people with the axial calipers put both pins behind the fork, but I dont like doing that too much

I'm sure you could but it's not something I'm prepared to do. The Oxford stand is fine though so no problem and they accepted the return/swap.
@@TheThorpester I personally prefer the headstock type stand as the bike is far more secure and you can remove the forks for servicing.
@@frew168 Totally with you. I didn't even know they existed until last week. They are better by far for the SuperSports
@@frew168 can you remove front wheel on the headstock stand?
@@shaun3208 Yes. That is its main purpose. Great for removing forks from the yoke too.
can you use front paddock without back one
Gracias amigo por tu video muy bueno
No hay problema hermano. Gracias por comentar
