I'll take these kinds of food videos over the "beautiful bowl that only takes 10 minutes to assemble! (but also requires 3h prep work and about 15 ingredients)" - this is reasonable, this is attainable, we're all busy. And while cookng is obviously a hobby for some, health and lifestyle social media has - for a long time - given me the impression that I need to spend about 2h in the kitchen every day to eat reasonably well, and that's just not realistic. So I appreciate this a lot ♥
These are the type of meals I find myself doing do, it’s just convenience and meeting goals and it’s still tasty!! 😋 I will definitely be recreating yours!

Your food looks good! I have to dress my high protein meals up a little more bc I have a toddler lol but there’s a TH-cam lady that makes bomb ass high protein meal preps her names is Kayla chandler and she has the cutest Texas accent tooo. I love getting new meal ideas from her.

I’m a nurse and mostly do nights and afternoon shifts. On days when I do afternoons, I get up quite early in the morning (5am) to go to the gym. On days when I do nights…I usually wake up at 1pm to go to the gym…I’ve chose these two gym hrs because they are usually quiet also gives me enough time to do things in the house as I’m a mum as well. So far I’m doing pretty well, I do get tired but prioritising this because I want to feel and look good 🙂
