    Her turlu un glutenli ya da glutensiz aslinda cok saglikli degil, kan sekerini hizli yukseltiyor kardesim, bunu sadece arada nadiren kacamak olarak yapmak lazim. Glutensiz simit icin ama cok guzel bir tarif elinize saglik
