You can;) of you don't spray with confectioners glaze they might cloud up some. They are best left at room temp though, so you might want to chill the cake and add the decorations after you bring it out. Leave that till last.

Gotcha! The heat from it clears up the cloudiness in the isomalt and shines it up.

Hi sister! Will it melt if we put it in the fridge?
There is always that chance but I find that it clouds up more then anything. I have a very dry regular fridge I use here.
I would just add the decorations as close yo presenting as possible.
