This is turning out absolutely beautiful
    It’s rolling art
    Once finished metal work . . .
Chassis drive train and drive it
    Sand blast the complete body
Have a pinstriper tape flames on it go over the flames with flap disk
Clear it with drops of tint with flake
    Then pinstripe it
Save up for 5 years disassemble it powder coat everything and engrave all the nickel plating
    Like a vintage gun
    Glass deep blue black paint

You have so much experience chopping and fixing it is just unfair to us mortal humans just trying to keep our cars clean. Thank You SO much for showing everyone how it gets done. Its a damn trunk lid and you just turn into a metal art seminar and demonstration. WOW!

I was thinking about this build Brent and it occurred to me that I know about Chopping - Dropping - Channeling - Sectioning - car bodies. But in this case - I think this`35 Dodge coupe is TAILORED! You have certainly Stitched Together a lot of pieces to construct this one...and there will a lot more to come too.

Years back, I needed a trunk lid for my 28 chev roadster. I picked by a damaged 37 Pontiac trunk lid for the skin and did what you are doing. I used heat bent 3/4 tubing to form the shape. Then I used 16 Gauge formed angle and welded the edges. Turned out really good. I think the formed angle kept the warapage to a minimum. Love your work.
