    I see people do glitter finshes and accents, any idea how to achieve this? Also would love to send you a pic of my 2nd attempt at a glass painting.

    • @taytay5109
      @taytay5109 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Idk if there’s any other methods but this is how I do it haha, for my glitter accents I add pva glue first where I want it, and then tap the glitter in that area (the glue dries clear so don’t worry about not seeing the glitter)

    • @myralyra2404
      @myralyra2404 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’ve heard some people use clear glitter acrylic paint onto the area they want glittery first, then do the painting as normal. I guess you could also use glitter nail polish instead of you can’t find paint, or maybe clear mod podge and sprinkle glitter on that

    I'm down for that sharpee nibbed oil marker, it looks so smooth. I only have the fine bullet type one and I find it too thick for lines still. Need to save up to buy that nibbed marker.

      Dried flowers? I must admit that's something I haven't done yet.

    I'm new to glass art and finished my first one today! Thank you for explaining that cleaning up the lines is the normal process. I was really thinking I just wasn't good at it and was frustrated with myself. The pin nib bottles!! I'm excited to try those! Question... my paint pen lines cracked. Now I watched the video about what can cause the actual paint to crack such as poor quality and thickness and not allowing first layer to dry etc... but what about the pen lines? Would that just be a quality thing?
    Oh!! And thoughts on using plexiglass vs actual glass? Do you feel plexiglass would devalue the painting?
    Thanks again for the amazing videos!

    Do we have to paint on the back side of the art line or on the art line?

    • @Theartofkirkabrigo
      @Theartofkirkabrigo  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You paint on the same side you did the lines on. So yes ON the art lines.
