Man, I'm learning so much from you, thanks for the videos and all!

Hey dimitry how are you able to deal with no soliciting areas. Almost all nehborhoods have a no soliciting sign. I’m afraid of getting a bad review or getting reported to the city for door knocking
You're awesome!! I'm enjoying all of your videos thank you so much!
My God Dmitry!! What a GEM of great information. You really are a wealth of help for the whole roofing industry. Thanks so much😎👍😎
+Roofer News thanks!
Very insightful, great content and very Big of you to offer your insight at no cost if needed when you are trying to sell something at the same time.
You rock! Thanks for taking the time to collect all this data and break it down for us. Fantastic job, sure to help us a lot!!
thanks!
I appreciate you Man! Definitely going to be checking out FB ads... roof on!
I'm doing facebook ad campaign for contractors. I didn't know contractors having hard time with those leads. Well I heard it before but after I'm keep watching your videos I was like OMG!!
Thank you for being helpful I definitely appreciate you real and genuine way of presenting yourself God bless you !!
Dmitry thanks for spending your time to create this video
+Fast Johnny no problem, make some money with it
You are just excellent. Hey are you still doing the classes?
Yes, just did one in Kansas
Very helpful I just started my company barely a month ago so trying to get my name out and in the most cost effective ways possible
+Gavin Doering try to come to our class May 30,31 it will help
Roofing Insights I wanted to but we havent even really started generating a revenue a few job but that all has to be reinvested in tools and equipment if you have another one I would really like to attend your content is incredibly helpful for people like me who started as installers. We may know the ins and outs of installing but the business side is all foreign
when a 2020 update will happen?
Excellent summary, thank you for doing this video
Class was great buddy. Thanks for all you do.
What would you recommend for new business to get immediate leads/appointments? I really appreciate it if you do respond. Awesome videos as always keep it up.
Great information as usual. What percentage of your gross sales do you spend on marketing?
5% of gross sales per marketing budget
This video is SPOT ON! Thanks Dmitry!
Great content as always Dmitry! My current company mostly uses print, TV and Radio. They are just getting into Facebook and seeing the results. Plus, 1/2 the business is from Repeat and Referrals.
This is exceptional content , I just started following your page last week and I love it .. in this review No where do you mention a personalized mailed newsletter by a newsletter writing and printing company. Or email marketing thru mailchimp, activecampaign or ontraport. Or direct response mailers with an offer and response mechanism
Man this was good. I’ve been struggling on where to put advertising dollars and this helped me a lot!
+Armando Jacox Roofing Channel thanks Armando!
Great work very good content thanks bro.
Thank you for sharing the information, I am learning a lot !
What lead gen do you recommend for new roofing companies just starting out?
Great video, I learned a lot. The only question I have is about doorknocking. You said it was free, but wouldn't you have to take into account the cost of the time?
It’s free for business owner. Sales guys control their time
Hey Dmitry - Great video! Was wondering if you have any feedback on TH-cam ads?
+Sam Beiler same as google PPC. Works but hard to teach
Roofing Insights thanks for the reply.
Thanks Dmitry this was really helpful
What about TH-cam? That is a MAJOR source for lead gen. And it builds the know like and trust factor better than anything of the resources except maybe Facebook
absolutely!!! TH-cam is in Google category. Same thing in our book. It is hard to teach and I didn't want to spend too much time, but its owned by Google, it is google product and it ranks together for the sake of comparison .
How does this video only have 10K views? Awesome content
That’s what we ask too?
Hey, I have just started watching your videos, and I really think you can help me. I am a 18 year old trying to help my dad with the company. You said in a video about stubborn owners that stay in the $3M a year range and I related to that as that is our range in yearly revenue. If there's anyway where I can explain to you our business and you give me a plan on what to do next, THANK YOU !

Hey Dmitry I’m 25 and just started my own business and my main source of leads has been HomeAdvisor they have been scamming me out of thousands of dollars a month. I have over a $1000 in leads that I haven’t been able to reach in the last 2 months alone. What should I do to try and get a refund? Complain with BBB? Lawsuit? I’m at a loss and have had no choice but to use this as a source of lead generation. PLEASE HELP.
Yes, try those two and also federal trade commission complaint
Roofing Insights thank you for replying I’ve literally been spending 3-4K a month on leads because they allow you to pay later as opposed to up front. Do you have any recommendation specifically for Chicago/Indiana as far as getting a decent amount of leads?
Home advisor does scam a lot of leads and steal a lot of money. They say they sell to 3-4 only or exact match is only to you and you pay nearly double for it, however they sell the same lead to over a dozen contractors every time and now that they own Angie’s List they sell to even more contractors the same exact lead. I have closed a lot of deals through home advisor. One average I say one out for 5 leads are legit ( actually looking for a contractor for estimate) which means we pay actually around $600 a lead as it will take you 4 bad leads to get one legit interest
Hello Dimitri,
I am not a roofer, but I really enjoyed this presentation and I learned a lot from it. I think thst you are a good man. God bless you.
+Eme McLaughlin thank you
Great video- thanks
Thanks for your video help me a lot to fire some homes advisors
Awesome video 👍🏻
Great Video! Couple points on Google Ads. One would be not if you have $1,000 to spend on Google Ads but rather research or have a trusted professional research a good daily budget so that the money isn’t wasted or at least has the best opportunity for success. Another point I noticed you didn’t go into Google LSA and maybe was due to keeping the video concise and easier to understand?
+nra4him I didn’t cover many things, including TH-cam, few platforms like houzz and others. Google is google, can’t ignore and have to learn how to use. If I made it one more minute longer I would loose half of subs lol....
Yeah for sure, I hear you on that 👍🏻😀
What about influencer marketing? For instance a youtube channel that is watched by home owners
That’s literally #1 in 2021 marketing guide!
The most important for my business at least not how many calls we get but the quality of lead .
Google SEO 8/10
Angies list 8/10
Google AD 5/10
Home Advisor 4or3/10
Thumbtack 1/10
Facebook 0/1 /10
Radio 0
Anybody have experience with a Billboard ?
Overpriced and will only work in few smaller markets.
Nice tips
glad you liked them, put them to work
What about angie's list
We need a 2020 updated version!
Will do
@@RoofingInsights3.0 when will be ready? do you have an estimated time? just wondering...
Thanks for sharing brother!
Hope it helps. Let us know if you could put it to work
@@RoofingInsights3.0 I definitely will. I'm watching every video I can of yours. I'll watch every one eventually. You're doing a great job of mentoring me so far :D My company is *brand new*. I'm working on my first lead now. Still haven't sold a roof, but I'm all in.
Hey Dmitry, Have you heard of a marketing company called Vivial?
Love the content!
+Lonnie Verstuyft thanks
Hi Dimitry.
I’m just open my business can you please provide steps how to made my (roofing website),
And my page on Facebook for my business please 🙏.
Also on the same time I’m learning English with you, fantastic work you’re doing it.👍👌🤛!!!.
What Google SEO company do you use?
Called “roofing brand” look it up
What are your thoughts on Linkedin?
It’s works well for B2B but not to market roofing to customers. Should have decent profiles but should expect much for lead generation out of it
I want to be a marketer for roofing businesses.
HomeAdvisor was a trash can 😭
What about LinkedIn?
It’s growing a lot now
How do you think it would rank on your list?
The average turnover for a facebook marketing agency is 3-4 months and those are people that work all day on facebook ads and spend thousands of dollars a month. How is a roofer supposed to run a business and learn fb ads better than the professionals? Also you need to spend more than $1000 a month for it to be worth it.
Let me tell you that that’s not true. I own my own contracting business. I spend an average of $15 to $20 a day, less than 1k a month and I get pretty consistent leads from it. Not a marketing expert either
THIS IS LIKE THE COURSE HOW I MADE 1MILLION FLIPPING HOUSES , HE MADE A MILLION SELLING THE IDEA TO STUPID PEOPLE

Home advisor is the worse by far
