Sure everything looks pretty neat on the video!! Simply because is very late at nite or too early in the morning but if you either arrive or depart during peak hours of the day you need to arrive way early before your departure. Airport signs are not well orientated, but rather confusing , right now because of Covid the only rental area operating is on the “ A “ side of the main terminal remember that!! as of now there is only one returning or drop off area for car rentals, that’s the A side , now if you are not returning a rental car and someone is dropping you at the curbside you need to make sure from which terminal your departing airline is operating some airlines have their ticket counters either on the A side of the main terminal or the B side of the main terminal . Also to get to your gate once you clear TSA or security , then you need to catch the APM the people’s mover , there are only two stations on opposite sides of the airport the first one covers gates 1 thru 29 and 30 thru 59 so before you depart make sure you know your gate number !! So keep in mind that if your flight leaves out of gate 27 you must catch the APM that runs from gates 1 thru 29 otherwise you will miss your flight , APM’s just run back and forth from the airside to the main terminal or
“ land side “ there is no second stop to other gates , now if your flight leaves out of gate 39 you need to catch the APM that runs from gates 30 thru 59 . Now like i mentioned there are two APM’s stations and the second station runs into gates 60 thru 99 and 100 thru 122 and it runs exactly the same as the other APM’s . Keep in mind your gate number let me emphasize that each APM station runs 2 sets of cars this may help further more and they run every 2 minutes or less. If you are arriving into Orlando always and always you will arrive at the so called “ airside “ and in order to get to the baggage claim either A or B , A rental car side of the building or exiting the airport you need to catch the APM keep that in mind you need to catch the APM or airport train , I have seen people standing and wondering where am i heading now? and that’s not a good way to start your vacation . My .02 cents!! 😜

Side-note, B-side has a few car rental companies now open, but Turo is a better option in my opinion for Orlando.
Flying in at night is the best, I did it around a year ago, then relaxed in the fountain courtyard for a couple of minutes.

I remember Orlando airport. It’s been over three decades. I flew FLL to MCO for every week during in Summer 1989. I went to Jake Allen Center. When I was kid.

All flights are pretty much the same at MCO, you'll need to ride the tram to the MAIN terminal which basically consists of Terminal A & Terminal B that are separated by a food court. Hope that helps.
When do you clear immigration/security?

If you are coming from New Jersey …how do you know which terminal to go to retrieve your bags??..is it terminal A or Terminal B?
When you get off the tram, it will have signs that show your flight. Also you're most likely already heading to the correct side by default of the tram (There's several trams based on the airline)

@@ntexas100 Don't you think it odd that there didn't appear to be ANY of the food court eateries open at 10 PM?
@@mattbrewster8051 It could possibly be opening hours have been cut. Here in Texas, everything is open but some eateries are having employee shortages. Before the pandemic I've flown into Bush Airport in Houston after 10pm and there were a few places opened. I bet they're not staying open late now. Once the airports get more and more busy I would think this will change.
