Front might need more negative camber so your tires don't scrape the fenders while loading up the front (when braking hard and weight transfers/tilts forward into a slight nose dive) during a (hard-ish) turn. To do this I believe each shock has a pair of (crash) bolts designed to be flipped over to add negative camber. Would also make your front offset look more even with your rear. Otherwise you'd either need a) max stiff aftermarket shocks/springs so there's nearly 0 suspension travel (and nearly 0 shock absorption, a technique people in the stance scene use for "static" stance to work) or b) the non-static stance enthusiasts only drive while lifted on air suspension (much more compliant ride with shock aborption) and only slam it back down when parked.
Thanks for all the info Switchlanez, Ill be looking into all that information for sure. I am also looking at getting 295/305 25/ 20s tires for the front. That would give me 1.2 inch total tire height back with 305/25s.
As someone who is currently fighting the top hat nut being seized up as well, you are one of the ONLY videos I found to show it and have a decent work around. Great video!
Hey guys sorry for the long wait but we are back working on the car! Now that I have my new routine in place I can start popping out some new content for you guys and get this car done! 👍
Welcome back! The car is looking sick! My car has finally got a build date of 11/21, so im excited as well. Cant wait till you get this car painted! What do you recommend as a first "must-do" mod? I wish you lived closer, I'd have you help me with this stuff, lol. Keep up that grind! Also, some magride top covers would do you good to prevent moisture in that area.
Hey PhantasmX7 ! Good to see you man! Gratz on the date of your C8 Thats Awesome! First off I would say get used to driving it at its current ride height. If your cool with it, then lower it. With my larger wheels 20front 21back i`m sitting close to stock with the inch ish I lowed it down to. With a stock wheel setup I think you would be alot lower than mine. But if I had front lift I would still do it👍 Just makes it look mean! Thanks for the magride top cover tip👍
Owen, Damn glad to see you back and turning out some content and video's! Really good to hear Momma and baby are doing well! 💥 Those Aerolarri wheels are looking AWESOME too...ha ha ha. Glad Chet was able to help with your project and Damn they look 🔥. What finish did you go with again? Ha ha ha...Your house looks awesome! Would be cool to see your Halloween 🎃 decorations and everything at night! Be well -Shane
Hey Shane good to see ya man! Its also good to be back and have some of the important things on the house done. Yea the wheels look sick, Chet did an amazing job! I think the finish I went with was ghost black. Ill get a vid with the decorations at night as well in the next vid. 👍
Your C8 just keeps looking better! Also, your house is totally wild with the Halloween decoration! I love it. haha. Also congrats on your baby son! Glad to see you come back!
Thank you so much! Its good to be back and working on the car! Halloween was nuts, I will show the decorations in the next vid. Dont know when I will get the Z06 so looking into a project car after I get this one done👍
You can do it Andrew! When I first watched the video from paragon I was abit overwhelmed but after the first side the second took 1/4 the time. Good luck man and let me know how it goes! 👍
Welcome back, Owen! Your Halloween decoration is CRAZY!!! The C8 looks good too 👍
Thanks Celica, Ill show you the decorations before I take them down lol.

Hell yes John! We are back and doing this!!! 👍
That’s awesome!!! Yes definitely need the 305/25/ fronts vs the actual stock rear 305/30 lol. Oh well it was a cool experiment lol ❤😂
Right on! Thanks for all the insight you have giving me on wheels Chet 👍. Cant wait for the next build and another set!
