Animation level is stunning honestly. But yeah this is NOT how either of these things would fight. Wendigos are smart and it would TOTALLY be using those claws rather than punching a t-rex in the face like a human. And that T-rex wouldn't be biting down on it to throw it. Instead it would be using the MASSIVE bite pressure to crack the neck of that Wendigo like a twig. T-rex would still win but it would be much closer and a MUCH more bloody fight.

I never knew there would be a day where I'd see a T.Rex using tools that really caught me off guard, this is a great work either way, you could have just made the T.Rex kill it by biting and breaking it's neck and I would have loved it anyway but you chose to have a tool using T.Rex and that's an A+ on creativity.

While I love the modern Antlered Wendigo, which is really fucking cool, we really don’t see mythology accurate Wendigos anymore. Originally, Wendigos looked like The Rake or SCP 096, but still sapient. Forced to forever repeat the sin of cannibalism, unable to quench their thirst. For that is their eternal punishment.
I also made my own Wendigo design, based on the depictions like this one here. I even used SCP-323 for reference on the head. But when I learned about controversies that went on with a Wendigo Grimm for a RWBY Grimm contest in concerns of cultural appropriation, I began reworking my design to get closer to its Native American values, even making the body more emaciated like the original mythologically accurate version and adding ice and snow on its body based on the icy versions of the Creatures of Grimm in Atlas in RWBY to align with its association with harsh winter.

You know I've always wanted to do a match up between The Tyrannosaurus Rex and the Wendigo before, It was a wired concept I had at first. But over time I thought It was good to see my favorite Dinosaur against my Favorite Cryptid, And I do think T.rex wins most of the time Tbh.

This animation is very accurate, I like it. The Wendigo instilling fear into the T.rex by using hallucinations/shapeshifting to scare it with it's previous foes. And also the power of the T.rex is perfectly pictured. But one thing here is a problem, T.rex is just a normal animal, he's not enhanced or anything. But the Wendigo, will **always** revive after death, if it's not killed by: Cutting it's icy heart out and melting it, OR, use fire to weaken it and silver weapons to execute it. Which means that despite the T.rex being smart, the Wendigo would always comeback, and will only stop until it slaughtered the Tyrannasaurus. That's why it's pretty accurate, a T.rex has enough power and brains to kill the Wendigo once, but he wouldn't be able to come up with using SILVER that is an alloy Copper, Gold, Lead and Zinc, or let alone come up with cutting it's heart out to melt it (Since the T.rex has NO context about what the Wendigo is, it would take months if not years for him to even think of cutting the Wendigo's heart, and by that time the Wendigo would've already killed him). So yeah, T.rex wins the battle, and probably many others, but Wendigo will 100% win the war.
Realistically, the Wendigo would win since only fire can weaken it. Not only that, but the spirit would just possess the dinosaur. And yeah, depending on how much it eats they CAN grow to 20 feet in height. The animation is still great.
That’s not entirely true while fire is one of the methods the legends say a wendigo can be killed it’s not the only way. A silver bullet, blade or a wooden spike through its ice cold heart are also methods to kill wendigos.
@@Smitty1Werbenjägermanjensen You can't killa Wendigo, it's a spirit. Silver is one weakness, but the best method is fire. A wooden stick ain't gonna do anything to a Wendigo. It's either silver or fire, although most stories say fire is the only thing that can weaken. Either way, a brief glimpse of a Wendigo will DESTROY your sanity. So even if you win, you're insane for the rest of your life. You have to cut it up then take the remains to a holy place to make sure the spirit doesn't find another body, but it's ONLY a temporary measure.
The other inaccurate thing I saw was how slow this one was…don’t wendigos have supernatural speed as well as strength? T. rex wouldn’t even see it coming much less prepare for the next attack by it

Two terrors of the night. Pretty stellar fight even if the wendigo was a bit too big. The shapeshifting into different opponents made up for it. Perfect Halloweeny match-up nonetheless.

I don't think the Tyrannosaurus is as much the JP one as the real one can legitimately win the Wendigo having many more abilities that give it a certain advantage, but the animation is still very clever and well done.

That's why it's pretty accurate, a T.rex has enough power and brains to kill the Wendigo once, but he wouldn't be able to come up with using SILVER that is an alloy Copper, Gold, Lead and Zinc, or let alone come up with cutting it's heart out to melt it (Since the T.rex has NO context about what the Wendigo is, it would take months if not years for him to even think of cutting the Wendigo's heart, and by that time the Wendigo would've already killed him). So yeah, T.rex wins the battle, and probably many others, but Wendigo will 100% win the war.
Realistically, the Wendigo would win since only fire can weaken it. Not only that, but the spirit would just possess the dinosaur.
And yeah, depending on how much it eats they CAN grow to 20 feet in height.
The animation is still great.
That’s not entirely true while fire is one of the methods the legends say a wendigo can be killed it’s not the only way. A silver bullet, blade or a wooden spike through its ice cold heart are also methods to kill wendigos.

A wooden stick ain't gonna do anything to a Wendigo. It's either silver or fire, although most stories say fire is the only thing that can weaken.
Either way, a brief glimpse of a Wendigo will DESTROY your sanity. So even if you win, you're insane for the rest of your life. You have to cut it up then take the remains to a holy place to make sure the spirit doesn't find another body, but it's ONLY a temporary measure.
The other inaccurate thing I saw was how slow this one was…don’t wendigos have supernatural speed as well as strength? T. rex wouldn’t even see it coming much less prepare for the next attack by it

Two terrors of the night. Pretty stellar fight even if the wendigo was a bit too big. The shapeshifting into different opponents made up for it. Perfect Halloweeny match-up nonetheless.

I don't think the Tyrannosaurus is as much the JP one as the real one can legitimately win the Wendigo having many more abilities that give it a certain advantage, but the animation is still very clever and well done.
