Good stuff. Always awesome to see some real world data. This is the stuff pilots always want to know.

Interesting test. Bear in mind these are all static thrusts. Adding some airspeed changes everything (dynamic thrust). The set up which provides the highest static thrust is not necessarily best for climb performance or cruise etc. It will get you moving off the mark quickest though! Would be cool to see a climb performance comparison with these motor/prop combinations, using the same wing, pilot, fuel load, atmospheric conditions, etc.

So awesome to see this. Love to see a survey of some frames / motors in the Moster category.

Cool test. For Shxts and Gigs, throw a Moster on there. Good to see B-Rad back in the videos. Cheers guys!

Awesome test! Please let us know about the gear ratio on the Miniplane?

Might have been nice to see 3-bladed props thrown in the mix. Very cool video in any case.

Gotta test an Atom80 with a Vittorazi 140cm prop but my personal favorite combination to run on the Iris Infinity has been a 3 blade E-Prop 130cm. 😍🤩

Just saw this..Nice job! Back in 'the day', several PPG OEM's were attempting to popularize the Radne 120 as a less costly alternative
to the Top. I had access to both and flew them at my then weight of 220lb+-. The Top had a little more push and was more refined for PPG use. The Radne was old school with it's jug-port intake, but possibly was/is the gold standard in terms of reliability. Radne is available with E-start, not sure if that's the case with with the 80's. Radne was pretty noisy, although they now offer a wider pipe selection (maybe quieter?).

If you want to know which is the best motor take a quick look at the quality of the exhaust systems on each. One is thin metal stamped and riveted together. The other has three feet of high quality weld, aluminum ,stainless. One looks like a Spam can while the other looks like it's going on a rocket ship. It kind of looks the same, but when exhaust and intake parts start going through your propellers you know you're flying a Brolex! Harbor freight approved paramotor. Mini Plane Top 80 $ 5700

How to prevent tachometer interferences. My tachometer also not showing correct readings. I have made paramotor with yamaha rx 115 engine its making 40KG thrust

Do you know anyone who owns one of those old 3-cylinder Koenig motors?

Learn to fly properly & the light cage wont worry you at all. I have had my miniplane for ten years, Only part I have broken was a plastic connection. Also at 20kg you can carry it for a mile or two if you have to sneak to takeoff spot!

95Kg of thrust?????? I don't beleive it. Moster gives 75Kg, How can an 80 give more???????
