    Best advice is use sunsreen n cover your face with mask when you go outside.Iam in my 40s but look 10 yrs younger because I avoid sun exposure.

    Dear shiny ✨… I’m blessed to have u here … I have one doubt pls rectify.. every day doing. Workout for one and a half hour .. when ever I do workouts , my hair fall is too toooooo high.. 3 litre water❤️❤️ I eat almonds , walnut , pumpkin seeds , flaxseed, sunflower seed, chia seed , raisins, figs And dates … quantity is very less but still together it’s quite heavy .. so I skip. Break fast .. I have my next meal at 12.30 … of course I have iron and zinc deficiency… but I’m continuously have raised, figs and dates .. weekly twice non veg food + 2 days eggs…night I eat before 7 … 3 months I have zincofer every night and 3 months I avoid it , like that alternate I do .. these r my diet … still I have hair fall … especially while do my work I’m losing hair like hell … now my only hope is youuuuuuu … so pls reply
