    So glad to finally finish the door panels. As for the rears, they are being deleted. I prefer all of my mids/highs to come from the front, never anything in the back. Of course i have a lot of gains to set and some eq'ing to do, but even completely flat they sound really good! The midbass slap is crazy!     I love my audiocontrol 608 having the presets. I can go bass heavy, treble rebel, max loud, and daily driver. And they all can sound amazing. Love the build and vids. Stay warm brotha!

    The care that's being put into this reminds me of the is-f. If I'm ever on that coast I'd love to make a way to check either of them out but then I'd never turn on my car stereo ever again so maybe it's for the best.

    The people that been following since day 1 like me know ur never going to go back to stock door panels in that caddy might do a different design later one down the road it's nice to have a spare set of door panels lol

    Wiring speakers and subs up is one of my favorite aspects. Even though I use almost all smd equip my shit just isn't this clean. Said it before. Fell out of car audio for yrs. Stumbled across Steve's multi-layered box video n been hooked since. Keep up the excellent work bro, u killin it!

    We lost the power on out estate the other week, it was only down for about 11 hours though before the energy company connected a huge generator in the back of a truck to the sub station. Then they fixed the fault the following week. But 12 days is pretty long time for a fault to not be fixed but I guess it depends on what and where the fault is?

      you must live in a small little village for a generator truck to be able to hook up to the power station LMAO damn...plus i am not sure what good that does with no power lines. They are all on the ground

    Damn i thot i was paranoid goin and gettin a used set of doorpanels before i installed 9" Morels in my 05 tundra. I got a set of "A" pillars also for the 4" integras. Glad your paranoid too lol. Later on from Lodi up the road

    When I took my driver door panel off, I had no idea what I was getting in to. It was connected by all kinds of things. The door lock and a bunch of wires. Thankfully had someone there to hold it up for me while I replaced the speaker. Couldn’t do it myself that’s for sure

      nope. Deleted. I keep all my music up front where it belongs. I would put the subs up front too if i could. I NEVER run rear speakers if i can help it. Sounds better without them.

      I know lotsa the newer Chrysler vehicles got em along with many newer Toyotas. Seems to be fairly common on newer vehicles for about 10 12 years.

    Any advice on how to get the factory head unit in a 2018 Dodge Challenger without having speakers hooked up in the factory locations? For whatever reason it won’t output any sound unless it reads a load on the speakers.

      Green LGD load resistors from Audio control. Or better yet use the PAC AP4-CH41 R.2.
