i love this moment of isagi.instead of pulling some random bs he realised that his weapon isnt some crazy technique or ability,but something he did before without realising it.he found his weapon in the most critical moment and scored the game winning goal. i love this anime man.
People talk about the animation but the sound design is really underrated here. I feel that it's what really elevated the scene to an epic level. You feel the speed, the hype , the raw emotions every single time. It's a masterpiece.

I know this is isagi's moment but raichi (and gagamaru too tbh) deserves so much more praise than he is being given. Marked reo all game, his crude words caused team z to not play defensive, he blocked zantetsu's shot even though he was part of the wall and after doing all of that ran to the other side pf the field just to intercept the ball. Raichi saved the game from being over multiple times in this match.
The fact that Bachira passes always gives the teammate all the information of what he has to do with those incredible passes, is something we didnt notice the first time we saw this. After all the season 1 if you rewatch this u will instantly catch why is Bachira "talking" to Isagi here. Because his pass told him to think about his previous goal and he has to use his weapon. Completely amazing detail

That primal roar that he celebrated with brings tears to my eyes, I’ve been there, I’ve done something where the only appropriate way to celebrate is to let your body take hold and scream

It shows the contrast between the past Isagi who looks very passive on the outside, who didn't have a lot of confidence and didn't know his weapon. He's being presented to the audience again, but now as the man who's here to win and nothing else

Anyone who play football know that it's 100% accurate, even if you can fully read the game it is actually one touch plays which allow you to keep one step ahead the opponent, great strikers like Van Persie, Van Basten even CR7 were 1 touch finish masters.
That's what I loved about this anime It may be exagerated, but most things that happen are true Controlling the ball takes a lot of cold head and technique, but you lose time anyways doing it. One touch passes and direct shots are the perfect way of being a step ahead Cause by the time the opponent read the play, the ball is not there anymore!

In my top 3 most hype moments in all of anime. The VA, the animation and the build up general are a S+. Blue lock is so awesome. I get goosebumbs just from rewatching it.
I feel like no one talked about this so I just wanted to point out. Every player in Blue Lock who hasn't figured out their specialty or "role" has blue color aura in their eyes. Isagi's blue. The moment he does this direct shoot specifically, the color shifts to green. Every other instance where he shows this "aura", it becomes green from this point on.. I just wanted to point out that this is an amazing detail. Bachira also does this when he "lets the monster go".,
i so much prefer blue lock to other sports anime because it feels a lot more realistic. the feeling and the scream that came from isagi is such a relatable feeling to anyone who's been competitive about anything.
