PAT (Professional and Academic Aptitude Test) is a test for academic and professional aptitude. PAT is a test that will see how much aptitude students have for the profession they will choose to study. Is there a possibility of entering a career path in the chosen faculty? At present, since 2023 There is a new system modification. The exam will be adjusted so that there is no duplication, canceling the GAT and Pat exams and replacing them with exams called TGAT and TPAT, and also using computers for the exam to process test scores faster than before.
-TGAT will be a general aptitude test. that does not focus on academic knowledge. Previously the GAT was a 2-part knowledge test, but the TGAT will increase to a 3-part knowledge test: English communication, rational thinking, and work ability. There will be 3 hours of exam time and all 3 parts will be distributed. Therefore, test takers must manage their own time in preparing the exam.
-TPAT will be a measure of professional aptitude, consisting of exams in the Medical Institute of Thailand (NBTC), Fine Arts, Science, Technology and Engineering groups. architecture and Education/Education
