Airfry is a preset on the Salter. If you want a different temperature use Manual instead of Airfry and you have full control of temperature and time.

You're right. I didn't, sorry, and I should have mentioned the chips, I forgot because I have done quite a few videos with various Ninja air fryers, and they have always cooked well
