Oh man I bet you know all the best places! Maybe someday! We wish we could have had more time to explore but it was a bit of a whirlwind to get back to CO for pregnancy appointments. We loved what we were able to see and do in MI!!
When were you guys at the falls? I'm guessing it was early in the season because there aren't as many people around as there have been whenever we have been there. We agree, it can get very crowded.
We were there at the end of May. I actually think it was Memorial Day weekend, so it was busier than we expected at least at the closest overlook to the upper falls but I'm sure it gets even more crowded in the main season!
@@NeverStopAdventuring Yeah, the last time we were there we could hardly walk down the boardwalk it was so crowded. We obviously didn't get there early enough in the day. Oops! Next time...
@@TakeATripTogether the lower overlook was definitely the place to be. It's a lot of stairs and a little further from the falls, but we saw a couple groups of people look at the 180+ steps sign and say "no way!" We had it all to ourselves 😂

Nice! Have you ever seen water like that anywhere else before? The colors were just so unique. It also doesn't hurt to have a brewery on site 🙂
