@@ScholasticaUgboka how do I answer question on how I have been able to work as a team player and how to cope with stress
@@yumyumfoodsindiaspora As a team player you are able to delegate duties and supervise the junior nurses and care assistants according to their capabilities, you also liaise with other multi disciplinary team members to provide quality care in the patient's best interest and you are able to give feedback about patient care to your manager or whoever is superior to you. At the end of the day, you call your team together and review the activities of the day together, praise and encourage their efforts and point out areas of improvement if any.
You cope with stress by planning your tasks for the day after taking over the unit in a way that you are not overwhelmed with work so you can take your scheduled breaks and when you are off duty, you indulge yourself by getting a lot of rest and doing things you love to do like gardening or going out to see a movie or just staying home to catch up with friends and family.
