Even going all the way back to the One EP with the line "This bough has broken through" referencing When the Bough Breaks. That really hit me as a long time fan.

Back in 2004, I was chillin at a friend's house and he put on Tool's Aenima and I was totally consumed by that album, and band, for years. I haven't felt that way until I heard Sleep Token. I'm so thankful that they have made this music.

This album is a MASTERPIECE
I have such warm feelings for The Night Does Not Belong To Gods which started the 2019's album Sundowning so Euclid ending with a callback to it makes me really emotionnal. Really the end of a trilogy. Almost like if whoever is behind Vessel and Sleep Token's concept said everything he wanted/had to say.

The other smaller metal purists on youtube reviewing this album saying it's mid and it's a mess are completely delusional and have no idea how layered song structure and musicsl complexity works. Music is subjective for a lot of people, but this album is OBJECTIVELY one of the best ever written.
100% and the way it round out the end of the trilogy is beautiful.

One thing I noticed on my 10th listen was that the intro synth effects in “The Summoning” (before the guitars drop) are sprinkled through out “Take Me Back to Eden”!

honestly i can respect why they didn't do actual music videos, often times MVs can take away from the listening experience, even if for a second, they wanted us to be fully immersed into the music with no distractions

For me the reason why ST called this song its title is because of the sheer callbacks. But the best and obvious callback in this album thus far is Euclid, and this title track is a perfect easter egg to that. Eden = beginning = callback to the first song off their first album
There's call backs to many of the other songs and also the duo that vessel was a part of before sleep token and i think it's a lil i know you know to the fans. If you know you know. But done people apparently think that he is someone that actually goes by the name Eden but he is not that guy.

This song is incredible, so far Ascensionism has the heaviest repeat but this is close. There isn't a bad song on the album, though I prefer the heavier sides than DYWTYLM.
