I don't think chronic shyness is necessarily an exclusive byproduct of socialization, there's also an underlying genetic component, just like any other temperamental quality. But yes, you can gradually teach yourself to become more socially confident with practice, essentially just exposure therapy. Btw, she reminds me of Milla Jovovich.
I don't know...being tall, or short or small frame is moreless genetics. However, if you think shyness is indeed genetics, as opposed to learned/situational...one could say Asians are indeed inferior and that just opens a bad can of worms, guy. And somehow I got lucky with a nonshyness gene. Well, I just think it's bs, sorry. You oughta see how shy caucasians or blacks are here in China. Ever since I got in, all of the sudden Chinese all of the sudden got real loud and somehow everyone else became *shy🙄...oh, greeting from China🇨🇳
