After seeing how poorly planned these beatle fests are and what was charged. I offer up you missed nothing. When Peter Asher who offers nothing is the center piece featured guests it’s pretty pedestrian. 😢. Fire mark lepedius. He is awful at organizing these fests.

Impressive documentary of the Fest. I never saw some of those items, but now I know where you got your socks. I didn't get to see Peter Asher. You would think I would have spotted him wearing that jacket. The drum heads were cool, I missed those too. Pattie Boyd looked awesome and you got her autograph. Who was that sitting on the floor?? I love beatle Brad and it breaks my heart at how pedestrian and lame these beatle fests are compared to 1980s and 1970s. And those high prices charged for lame guests and presenters. Horrid Fire mark lepodus and the organizers. Beatle Brad deserves better. Nicols and hunyady are offering to take over and run them from now on

Thanks Brad, awesome video. rumor has it that 55 years ago this May Mark Lapidos "unofficially" held the first Beatlefest/Fest for Beatles fans. John & Paul appeared on the Tonight Show, and he charged $1 per person to view the show from his dorm room in college. He was the only one with a TV. A Light bulb went off in the head.... and 55 years later we say "thank you Mark & Family for holding the best party every year."

Mark was over charging in 1968 just like he does in 2023. He needs to quit and turn things over to a younger crowd. His prices charged are obscene and only a deucebag would charge a fellow beatle fan a dollar to see something on free tv in 1968 So he hasn’t changed much if true. Mark lepidus should be fired and beatle fest turned over to younger and more robust innovative management Those prices are obscene for that marginal featured guests and panel talent. Mark hasn’t benn relevant since George bush was president in the 90s. Beatle Brad deserves better fest.

I love beatle Brad and it breaks my heart at how pedestrian and lame these beatle fests are compared to 1980s and 1970s. And those high prices charged for lame guests and presenters. Horrid Fire mark lepodus and the organizers. Beatle Brad deserves better. Nicols and hunyady are offering to take over and run them from now on

Thanks Brad, awesome video. rumor has it that 55 years ago this May Mark Lapidos "unofficially" held the first Beatlefest/Fest for Beatles fans. John & Paul appeared on the Tonight Show, and he charged $1 per person to view the show from his dorm room in college. He was the only one with a TV. A Light bulb went off in the head.... and 55 years later we say "thank you Mark & Family for holding the best party every year."

I think the story is 100% true. that was being told @ Beatlefests in the 1980's, anyways I was going to see you folks on Sunday until the storms Saturday night. 70 miles south of you had Tornados. rare for NJ. lost power until Sunday am. btw 25 years ago this June I ran sound for Terry Sylvester @ Hollies/British Invasion fest in Carteret NJ. I last spoke to him and his wife Diane in 2002. glad to see he is well. great guy that likes his red wine. anyways thanks again for all the cool videos.

Mark was over charging in 1968 just like he does in 2023. He needs to quit and turn things over to a younger crowd. His prices charged are obscene and only a deucebag would charge a fellow beatle fan a dollar to see something on free tv in 1968 So he hasn’t changed much if true. That fest in terms of value for money was absolutely over priced
Mark lepidus should be fired and beatle fest turned over to younger and more robust innovative management Those prices are obscene for that marginal featured guests and panel talent. Mark hasn’t benn relevant since George bush was president in the 90s. Beatle Brad deserves better fest.
