Hi , how do you change the time format in customise watch face into 12 hour time? And there's an option to change the font in the custom watch face?
Hi there in order to change the time format for the watch, you need to have it connected to your device and then go inside of the sub settings in the companion application. I went over how to do this in the full review. Which I’ll provide the link down below in this comment. Also to change the custom fonts for the watch faces that isn’t currently available but certain custom watch faces to give you some preset fonts to match the watch faces and you can indeed change the Colors of the custom white face fonts. How do I deleted watch faces? I can browse through all my watch faces in the App but I cannot find an option to delete them?
Only certain ones can be deleted. And any pre-installed ones cannot be deleted when you go to set a watch face in the app if the watch face can be deleted, you’ll see an option and less you delete or set it as your watch face. As I said, in my coverage, I wish they made that a little bit easier and I wish they gave you the ability to delete, all the watch faces that you don’t want. I recently got the watch but I was not able to pair it with the app on my phone, it keeps saying something like "This device has already been registered by another user" even though it was brand new from Amazon and not refurbished and I tried everything and nothing, was able to pair it with the phone through Bluetooth settings but without the app to set it up it's useless so I had to return it
I’m sorry to hear that. It does have some connectivity issues. I am going to highlight a lot of the problems in my full review One thing I would’ve told you to try before you send it back was too if you’re on android, you can clear the cache and the memory for the application and then try re-opening the application sometimes that might fix issues like that. If you’re on iOS, you could also try deleting the application all the way and reinstalling it. Another thing would have been to try factory, resetting the watch from the watch itself in the system options on the watch. But it sounds like you already returned it. I have to say it’s definitely not perfect in my own most month with it I have run into a few glaring issues, so it definitely needs improvement. Thank you for leaving your feedback and experiences. @@EricDrummondBPCP Well I did tried to clear cache and data from the app as well as reinstalling it, also sideloaded older versions of the app even but no difference, I even discovered a bug that let you bypass the setup screen with the language prompt and QR code and access settings to reset the watch but nothing, also used that option in the settings that lets you pair a new phone but still nothing, it's very strange and I found a Nothing forum where people had the same issue but this error message must not be very widespread.
@alvzcizzler wow OK yes thank you indeed for sharing. I may have to re-post my video on Twitter and tag CMF in it to make sure they see it because although I’m taking a break from social media, I still make sure that when my videos go live I live shared on Twitter and the last time, I wanted to point out major issues I tagged them in my post and they did get back to me so I might have to do the same here to make sure they see that people are having issues with major connectivity and logging in.
@@EricDrummondBPCPSupport told me that it was an outage and also asked me for the MAC address of the watch so it seems like perhaps it wasn't the watch fault but they only replied after I sent the watch back, unfortunate, also they just updated the app to add support for 12 hr clock, imperial units, etc but idk if it just the app or are they also pushing a software update, should check man
@alvzcizzler oh all right wow so they actually had an outage and that's what messed up the syncing. But by the time they let you know you already sent the watch back and cool. They actually sent out the update to add the 12-hour standard clock to me. Check my app and see if I got the update available. Thanks for letting me know bro. Appreciate it.
Where are all the rest of the watch faces? i find the ones in the app, but there is more? i dont have tha "Eloborate 2" and others, where did you get them? greets, Levi in Sweden
Hi, so what happens is the application adds new watch faces based on the season and it tends to change seasonally. But the ones that you have down loaded. Stay in your application unless you delete them. I hope this answers your question and have a good one. I do wish there was a better way to save your favorite watch faces and favorite them

@@EricDrummondBPCP Btw, if you already dont know, i saw a vid where a guy showed that you can "turn off" the display by just covering it with your palm!! - and that the watch can be turned off with the knob by pressing it for more than 15secs!!
