I usually go Dark Harvest on fiddle for better scaling, but Electrocute is really good for him as well, especially against early game junglers like Xin Zhao, Lee Sin, and Rek Sai. Electrocute also is a good beginner rune for new Fiddlesticks players. Once in a blue moon, I'll play Glacial Augment Fiddlesticks. That's mainly against high mobility comps.
