Maple leafs are ugly. They have an old hideous woman on the obverse.
I thought the same thing.. but I’ve seen the eagles even cheaper is that not normal?
The only government minted silver bullion I stack now is the Libertad. Mostly I avoid the premiums and mostly stack rounds.
I stack maples. that being said I have more eagles than maples 🤓

Harry's Coin Shop is the first and only real coin shop I've visited as an adult. I was shocked when I saw them featured on this channel the first time. Several years ago, when I first started buying silver, Harry took the time to educate me on different options and was patient with what were probably some eye-roll-worthy questions.
Smart bunch, no doubt. It's obvious that Harry hires staff that are like-minded & knowledgeable. Really, really like Harry. I rarely judge someone's character that I've never met, but I feel I've seen enough of him to be able to say I like the cut of his jib. Just like Tim on Yankee Stacking, Harry is a knowledgeable and genuinely a good person. Both of those qualities are in increasingly short supply these days. I wish your channel, Harry's and all stackers a fruitful and SAFE 2024!

Good call on platinum. Sibayne has laid off 300 miners here in MT, and South Africa has many large miners shut down this month due to lack of electricity. All this will add to production deficits....plus it's shiny.

That's all well and good but where is the demand? It was primarily automotive and since manufacturers switched to palladium its adjusted and gone nowhere. Why should there be much upside? This isn't a monetary metal and the green electrification suits silver far more.

I’m going to continue to stack gold and silver. I’ve been stacking silver since 2017 at $13-$15 oz. I got my first monster box in 2019. I started stacking gold in 2018 at about $1,200 oz. I stated buying 5 gram bars in 2020. My finances allows me to buy a 5gram bar each month a year to acquire 2 ounces a year buying 5 gram bars a month. It takes 31.103 grams of gold to equal 1oz of gold. I started buying 10gram bars in August 2023. 2024 I’m going to start buying 10gram bars each month a year to acquire 4oz to end the year.

The COMEX gets it's 1000 ounce silver bars from the Canadian Royal Mint so if we want to squeeze the price of silver we should all buy Canadian Maples and take away that physical silver from the COMEX.

Thanks for the information for the outlook and remarks of the Britania with king George and Elizabeth on the maples. I prefer her over George myself. The negative, not on the show, but how coin dealers are not paying spot on gold or silver. I saw a gentleman come with a
$50 dollar gold eagle when spot was over $2000, and they only offered $1700. This is why I was reluctant to go to stacking. It seems to get a better price I will have to ship it out to another buying going through the Post office with insurance which is now costly. I called today on the cost of the type 1 silver eagle, and they wanted over $30 when spot was $24. $6 over spot is more than a 20% mark up, when I see online other companies are selling for less, so is Harry's coin shop. JH. Like the remark he gave on the Silver Maples to be helpful.

Good video. I always love listening to everyone at Harry’s. Good point on the Maple’s but I do remember when the premiums on silver eagles were super high there not too long ago and I literally sold during that time and got my money back plus some so that always gets me interested in the Eagles.

True, we could be looking at "the good ol' days" right now. Gold and silver really just reveal the strength of the dollar, so If the price goes up, that means the dollar is just getting weaker

think I said this in one of the previous videos but man I sure wish I had a coin shop near me, most of my area is pawn shops and they over price their silver and don't have any silver rounds, I really want to start buying silver rounds just to get my feet wet but they're just not available unless I buy one from an online shop and then its close to 40 dollars for one :( ugh i'm so jealous of you people, but great content, I always love the visit videos :)

I agree with Harry. I have been getting Maples at +3 which is what the shop I go to sells rounds at. So to me maples seem like the best deal.
