I have three Mercian frames, all freshly enamelled and ready to build, a Campionissimo, a King of Mercia and a Pro-lugless lo-pro. Being from Derby I love Mercians and wish them the best of luck going forward.
Very nice indeed. Personally, I'd shorten the bars by at least 3 inches per side for road use. Much better to get through traffic. Fab all the same. Would love a Mercian frame to replace my old Grubb one.
Ohhh you don’t want to do that😀😀 that’s a nice bike made mediocre at best😀😀😀😀 you know I’m joking Geoff I know it’s your bike and not mine but I like it.

Sounds like a nice collection! Being from Derbyshire I’m happy too that they have been saved!!!
Nice concept, I hope you'll find a matching crank set to make it perfect for you. Good to see the siblings together.
I do think they work well as a pair, I’m sure a chainset will turn up sooner or later 👍👍
Great looking bike. 👍
Cheers man, I’m dead pleased with it 👍👍
Nice. I’m thinking of something similar for my ‘87 Bianchi Brava. Will likely go 1x11 with flat bars.
Sounds like a sweet build!! Will there be a video?

Thanks so much! Yeah I can see the bars coming down a bit!!
