Kanji Vada Recipe ❤️ | Holi Special |

KANJI VADA RECIPE
Happy Holi everyone!
Recipe:
1. Wash and soak 1 cup moong dal and 2 tbsp urad dal separately for 3-4 hours.
2. Drain the water and blend the soaked moong dal and urad dal along with 1pc green chilli, 1 inch ginger, salt and handful mint leaves.
3. Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl and add 2 tsp crushed coriander seeds, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes and 1 tbsp mustard seeds. Mix well. Also add 1 tsp crushed ajwain.
4. Take small portions of the batter and fry in oil. Once it turns beautiful golden, take them out.
5. Transfer to a bowl of water, let it sit, then squeeze out the water and transfer to kanji. Let it sit there so that it absorbs the flavour. Serve and enjoy!
