I really like what you have done there but can't help wonder how much of the strong part of the antler you had to remove to make it fit the original ferrules? Perhaps it might snap at that joint in the future?
@@Uncle-Bob I'm probably wrong, there's maybe plenty of strength in the centre part of the antler too. Anyway, it looks like a beautiful knife and you did a brilliant job there!

How was the blade slot cut? There is no mention of this - the hardest step. At 5:25 the slot is being drawn in pencil and at 5:29 slot is magically there. Did I miss something?
