    I always find it difficult to film in museums, but you did an excellent job. Really enjoyed the close ups and level of details you were able to show us on the sculptures and artifacts. I also like all the interactive displays like the one about reassembling sculptures.

    • @DonnaTaibossigai
      @DonnaTaibossigai  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you so much! I agree, it's challenging to get some decent footage while trying to be mindful that other people want to enjoy the pieces as well. It was fun getting to assemble the group of statues and I wish I had tried to assemble the temple one as well, but it was quite popular with the kids! Have a great day.

    Wonderful Museum exhibit! I’ve seen a few videos of people visiting Angkor, but what you mostly see there are the buildings and the layout of the temples. It’s quite amazing to think of how it had been overgrown. Seeing this Exhibit, away from the buildings, lets you focus on all the sculptures and details, and think about the history of how the temples were used and who lived back then. I’ll have to look and see if the tour will come to Seattle. Thanks Donna! 👌🌟🌟

      After visiting this exhibit I would love to visit Cambodia and see Angkor or maybe some of the less popular temples in person. It's tragic how recent history had resulted in looting but I'm glad that some of the artifacts are making their way home. Thanks so much for watching.

    Stunning stuff Donna. I’ve seen a couple of vids from people who live near Angkor. Just couldn’t believe the beauty of the place.
    And so seeing and actually being able to visit this exhibit must have been wonderful.
    It’s pretty crazy to see the technology and art produced by this amazing culture. The musical instruments particularly quite incredible.

    I am not familiar with the history of Angkor but certainly the exhibitions of their culture give me chills. So much details, uniqueness, and sorrow at the end
    Beautifully produced.
    I have heard the lack of funds cause the historical temple into ruins in Cambodia. Over grown vegetation started to grew into the temples.
