Hi! just wondering if it's possible to freeze this beautiful creations, perhaps without the top cream?! doing this for a dinner party but it would be great to have it prepped ahead
Hello Charlene! You can freeze the tart shells before or after baking them. If you want to freeze them baked, I don't recommend adding the jam. If baked, remove the tart shells from the freezer, allow them to thaw at room temperature, and bake at 350°F (176°C) oven for about 3-5 minutes before topping with jam and cream.
