Hard to tell if it's in the African Jungle and/or the Amazon Jungle somewhere.

33:01 - 33:29: "It's one thing to take the Palace, it's another to get everyone to listen to you." That explains a lot on so many movies involving a bad guy trying to usurp the throne. At least in the Lion King (and it's remake), Scar managed to take the throne, by dealing away with Mufasa and Simba. This gives him the perfect opportunity to give a speech, making the Pride of Pride Rock feel depressed over the loss of their King, and would then be watched under Hyenas who Scar has been working with the whole time. By the time Simba returned as an adult, Scar's plan starts to fall apart, especially when the truth came out; leading to the Pride turning against Scar for the betrayal and murder of his own brother.
For Aladdin, yes, Jafar wants to rule Agrabah, but unfortunately, he fails to convince everyone to join his cause. The only way he would do this is to hypnotize the Saltan so that he can do whatever he wanted. By the time Aladdin exposes Jafar for taking control of the Sultan, Jafar is now labeled as a traitor. So, even if Jafar got the lamp to become Saltan, Everyone is not going to forget what he did before, which is why Jasmine said they'll never bow to Jafar, leading to the villain having a hissy fit and become a Sorcerer controlling everyone.
So yeah, I totally agree with this. You have to plan things out before you actually get what you wished for.

I used to enjoy this movie when I was young, but nowadays, I find it pretty okay. It's not Golden Films' worst, but it's still not as good as Disney's the Lion King in terms of animation quality. Sure, it has its flaws, but I still enjoyed it for what it is. I mean, it's nowhere near as bad as their own adaptation of the Hunchback of Notre Dame (the one with the talking musical instruments). I'm not saying I'm pro-chancellor but I am saying that since it seems to be acceptable for different species to get together without any notice or hassle, it would have been nice for that to happen. The twin brother thing was excessive, adding a Prince and the Pauper thing to a bloated story. Lionette does deserve a good partner, so they could have written a decent one. They didn't need so many villains and antagonist heroes

4:23 why do people give Ariel grief when this film has the more selfish protagonist? At least Ariel rescued the guy twice and was genuinely a nice person, if a little naive
