@@innersufi - Hi there! There isn't a specific grind setting for the Racing M1 manual coffee grinder for pour-over (also for other grinders) but ideally a range (35-40). The reason is that taste is very much subjective. Also, you might need to change the grind setting days after your last grinding due to the ageing of coffee beans. Cheers!
