Vipassana is one of the hidden secrets of ancient India. This is a free meditation retreat which is widely available in India and also in many parts of the world.
🔥You can find the closest center from your location and apply from this website: www.dhamma.org
You can also use the mobile app to apply for Vipassana:

In this video, I have shared my experience and gave a quick tour of the Vipassana center in Pushkar, India.

Happy to see this Harsh that you are enjoying your life.
Awesome experience during my 10 day meditative stay in dhamma paphulla , bangalore. Everyone should attend. Only 1 advice, ensure you have control over food if you are going for the 1st time. More food, less meditative experience. Also don't eat too less either. 1/4 of your stomach should be empty for water after eating lunch.

Vipassana practice has no force in it whatsoever.
It is about knowing things as they really are. If
there is force, there is stress, which is always a sign
that there is something wrong. So we don’t force
it, we just know it when the mind slips down into
something. If we think of a friend, our mind will
slip into the world of thought and completely lose
awareness of our body and mind. We need to
know that this has happened, and the mind will
become rooted on its own.
When we watch football, we don’t watch it from
the field. We are in the stands, watching from
a distance. The players are running around, but
we are stable; there is a space between us and the
game. Similarly, at a concert, we watch the band
from our seats. We do not take the stage. There
is a distance between us and the performance. We
are merely the watcher. This is how we should
watch our feelings - from a distance. We should
not slip down and cling to the feelings. When we
do, we should know this, as soon as we can, and
the mind will loosen its grip on what has arisen
and become the watcher for that moment.
How will be weather in Vipassana centre in month of June..is there any facility of collers in rooms..🙏🙏
Yes coolers r available most of the places
I don't think so. But you will easily tolerate the weather the deeper you meditate
It becomes difficult in May-June. I attended a course in Aurangabad (Maharashtra) in June 1996. The weather was unbearably hot-no A/C or air coolers were available, at least not in 1996. I had a very tough time. You couldn't even switch on the fan because the ceiling was so hot that it blew hot air. It was unbearable. I completed the course with great difficulty. You need coolers, at least in May-June and July. Better you confirm over phone about availability of coolers before booking for course during extreme summer season.
Safe for girls ?
Yes
Yashika, I find these centres absolutely safe for girls. There is separate residential area for ladies, even for dining, they have separate arrangements.
