I was fishing one day and it was raining and a gentleman pulled up and stated that is a sign of a real good fisherman to fish in the rain 🌧️ keep up the good work Love your videos.
I would also love to see you do a video with Marling Baits. Maybe drive out to his place and make a bait to fish with him… Be pretty badass in my opinion.
Lol may be PARTLY my fault. I among who knows how many kept pestering him to try Pizza. Recon it's my Italian blood... but heck who didn't want to see him try a Pizza?!?
I feel you Nick, my wife and I fished in the rain this morning. We caught 11 bass on crank baits, one just under 4 pounds and all but one nice keepers.
I fished in the rain yesterday. Very overcast no wind. Broke out the old school jitterbug. Caught 23 bass to 6 lbs. Best day in a long time. Its all about the conditions. Take care
Finding your channel has made me realize how much I miss enjoying the outdoors, so far this year 2 new pb a 33.5 inch northern Pike, and a 15.75 inch brook trout! Prepping for salmon season, and waterfowl season now!
The weird grocery store challenges have inspired my daughter and me to try some stuff. We are at our local fishing hole and she just landed a 6 lb channel catfish with a piece of Slim Jim😂😂
I just look for expired stuff in the freezer now when I need bait . Love the different bait challenges you do ! I agree with some of the other viewers , micro fishing or tiny lures would be fun to see again ! Never mind the rain , big cat's seem to love it . Great video 👍👍

Me and my girlfriend love watching your videos. You’re awesome lol we’re actually gonna try the pork steaks and hot dogs tomorrow as well as night crawlers and such. Have you ever tried using clams or shrimp for bait? Maybe soak them in your jello mixture or the red koolaid? Just throwing it out there.
That’s awesome I appreciate the support! I almost always have good luck with pork steak! Tried shrimp and didn’t have much luck, but it’s one of my favorite salt water baits. Thanks for watching and good luck!

Stripers are my favorite fish to catch, even the small ones hit the hook like a ton of bricks and make you think its a monster . They seem to really like fast water and fast moving baits as you discovered.

The best time to to get nice catfish is when it's raining. I used to take out my fiberglass boat before it started storming on a reservoir. I would dock it in between sailboats. I loved it.
Some really nice photography near the start with those raindrops hitting the water like that. Well you always film well, but that was extra cool. 😎 How about frozen pizza *rolls* someday? Would also like to say that filming your fishing helps you tell your fishing stories. At least you have video proof when the big one gets away. Take it easy and stay safe out there man. 😎

You need to use heavier gear when you’re bottom fishing. Especially if you wanna pull fish out of snaggy areas

If you’re in an area with large channel cats or carp you might have luck. I’ve caught large channel cats on all sorts of leftovers.
Cause turtles can eat meat.
