- In this video, we will show you how to make basic coconut granola that is popular and easy to make as healthy breakfast.
If you have 4 ingredients, you can make vegan granola easier than making cookies.
Add your favorite ingredients and enrich your table with your favorite handmade granola that takes a good balance of dietary fiber, iron, calcium, vitamins, etc.
A healthy granola recipe made without sugar, please try it as a versatile dish that can be prepared.
[Ingredients]
200g Rolled Oats amzn.to/3LgIvZY
30g Shredded Coconut
3〜4 tbsp Rice syrup
4〜5 tbsp Coconut oil
Mixed nuts & seeds (optional)
45g Cashew nuts amzn.to/3sOlU0t
10g Sesame, Pepitas, Sunflower seeds
Baking tray W39 x D31cm
Preheat oven 150℃
Bake time 20〜25 minutes
[Procedure]
1. Put the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix lightly
2. Mix the syrup and oil well with the dry ingredients
3. Spread the mixture on an oven tray and bake at 150℃ for 15 minutes
4. Mix the whole thing halfway through to avoid uneven baking and burning
5. Bake for another 5 minutes to adjust the color
6. Remove from the oven and transfer to a storage jar after it has cooled down
