- In this video I walk you through the steps to build a simple spline jig for your table saw. I added a t-track to be able to adjust where to cut the slots. I used Baltic Birch plywood since this type of plywood has consistent layers with no voids. It is perfect for woodworking jigs.

Nice job. I've seen a number of makers videos for making spline jigs and I liked them. But, I think I like your design the best. You might want to think about doing a video for your crosscut sled. I know I would be interested in seeing it and I'm others would too. Food for thought.... :)
Thank you Reuben, I appreciate that! I am seriously considering upgrading to a new table saw and eventually making a new crosscut sled to match. 👍
New subscriber. Really appreciate your editing and narration - great job! I think I will make a spline jig like yours.
I really love the simplicity and accuracy of this sled. Question...it looks like you used 3/4” ply for the base and cradle pieces. With that, how high do you typically raise the blade to cut the spline slots on your boxes?
Great tutorial!
Thank you! I'm glad you found it useful 👍
Very nice!
Hey Kevin,,
Very good tutorial!
I noticed we've the same
table saw. Do you happen to have a build video on Zero clearance plate?
Cheers from Chicago!

Thanks for the support!
Hey man, perfect exactly what I was looking for, thanks! Do you have a video for the sled you used to build this one?

Hey Adam, thanks for the support. Unfortunately I don't have a video for the sled. I built it a few years ago before I even thought about social media ha!
@@WoodGrainJunkie no worries, but nice job!
Why didn't you use a flat kerf blade?
Not of fan of the background music because I wear hearing aids and it already difficult to hear, but I subscribed.
what is the base size
