Taking y’all through a couple of days with running gear, 22 mile run training for the Chicago marathon, and behind the scenes of content capture!! Thanks for watching 🥰
Do you size up in your running shoes? I normally wear an 8 but tend to size up a full size because I don’t even remotely like the feeling of my toes hitting the front of the shoes. But I’m wondering if there is too much room? Because my toes still bruise😢 First Marathon in October!
If your toes bruise that’s definitely not a good sign. You must be in so much pain 😱🥺. If you have a local running store I would definitely go get fitted for a proper pair of shoes!! My mom (PE teacher) always told me you need at least an inch of space in the front of your shoe but that’s like wayyy to general. Getting a proper shoe fittet can honestly help so much with blisters, bruises and injury prevention 🙏🏼
You’re an inspiration! I started my run journey a few weeks and came across your IG page. Love your tips and content. Thanks for keeping it real 🤍
